All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis following security deposit and application approval (usually three business days following application submission). Full rental fee must be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled date (failure to pay on time will result in the loss of your rental date and your security deposit).

Room Rental Applications are available at the front desks of the Parks & Recreation Building (26000 Evergreen Road) and the Beech Woods Recreation Center (22200 Beech Raod) during regular business hours, or may be downloaded below. Rental Applications for the Burgh Historical Park are only available on-site.
