Discussion on retiree rehire position (open agenda item)

  1. Discussion on updating ACS Rules - Timeline & type of rules to be updated
  2. Clarify language regarding which employees are covered by the ACS
  3. Quarterly Report - Due 30 days after close of quarter- 2nd Quarter past due
  4. Commission payments - Provide each commissioner a schedule of the 2020 attended meetings and the remuneration there of.
  5. Funding available to Commissioners - City Administrator's meeting with City Council regarding the funding for ACS to engage outside services.
  6. HR position of Manager of Operations- History and Propriety
  7. Retiree/Rehire Criteria and rules

 

I.          NEW BUSINESS

  1. Information on closed session criteria
  2. Policy of managers having the choice of hiring any qualified candidate
  3. Minutes should be signed by administrator
  4. Final copies of minutes to be sent to commissioners
  5. Discussion of Admin Division Section 6.5 Dept of Civil Service
  6. Liability coverage for ACS
  7. Consider moving Public Comments after minutes.
