City of Southfield Offices and Library will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25 in observation of the Christmas holiday. City offices will re-open for business on Thursday, December 26.  Please Note: there will be no garbage or recycling pickup on Christmas day and rubbish collection will be delayed one day thereafter.
