City of Southfield Offices and Library will be closed on Monday, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26 in observation of Christmas. City offices will re-open for business on Wednesday, December 27.  Please Note: there will be no garbage or recycling pickup on Christmas day and rubbish collection will be delayed one day thereafter.
