Southfield residents can now receive their water bills by email instead of a paper copy sent through the traditional mail. Anyone that is interested in paperless billing can send an email to waterbill@cityofsouthfield.com, providing the account information and email address where they want the water bills to be emailed. When the billing is processed, the accounts that are set up on paperless billing will receive their water bill to the email that was provided. Residents will also be able to view their water bill online at BS&A by visiting https://bsaonline.com/?uid=272 and selecting the Utility Billing Payments link.

Paperless billing benefits residents by reducing clutter and waste and giving residents easy access to their bills through their email. Additionally, paperless billing is more environmentally friendly and can help reduce the carbon footprint of residents and the City of Southfield as a whole.
