The city of Southfield, in partnership with the City Centre Advisory Board, will sponsor the next installment of the Eat to the Beat lunchtime food truck and concert series on Thursday, July 13 from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at City Centre Plaza located on Central Park Boulevard, one block west of Evergreen Road between Civic Center Drive and 11 Mile Road. The George Brothers Band will perform classic rock hits from the ‘60s and ‘70s.

Future dates and artists include: 

• August 10 The Randy Brock Group – Rock, Pop and Blues
• September 14 Detroit Soul Revue – Large selection of Soul, Funk and Rock

All of the Eat to the Beat concerts will feature a rotating selection of food trucks, including: Detroit BBQ Company, Bigalora, The Mean Weenie, Hero or Villain, Beans & Cornbread, Soupdive, Zoup, and Fuddruckers. Each event will offer fun for the whole family, an exciting mix of live bands and free admission and parking.
