The city of Southfield, in partnership with the City Centre Advisory Board, will sponsor the Eat to the Beat lunchtime food truck and concert series beginning Thursday, June 13 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the Southfield Municipal Campus front lawn, 26000 Evergreen Road. Motorists are advised that the City Hall front circle drive and Evergreen Road will be closed between the roundabouts for all of the Eat to the Beat concerts beginning at 9 a.m. Evergreen Road will reopen by approximately 4 p.m.  

Eat to the Beat concerts feature a rotating selection of the area’s best food trucks and an exciting mix of live bands with free admission and parking every second Thursday June through September. This year’s concert lineup features and eclectic mix of music and artists, including:

• June 13 – Circle of Sound
• July 11 – Detroit Social Club
• August 8 – Denise Davis & The Motor City Sensations 
• September 12 – Kathleen Murray Band

The June 13 E2B event will feature an exciting mix of food options from Hero or Villain Food Truck, B.L. Ellis Catering Food Truck, Cinnabon Food Truck, Auntie Anne’s Food Truck, Sucrée-Mobile Dessert Parlor and 313 Hot Dogs.
