  1. PSLU18-0004 is a Special Use Request of Futuristic Design, on behalf of the owner, Star Investments LLC, to allow a portion of the interior of the existing gas station convenience store to be converted to a 242gsf carry out restaurant, property located at 20020 W Eight Mile Road on the northwest corner of W Eight Mile and Evergreen Road, Sidwell Parcel 2434-479-023, Lots 1 to 6 including also vacant alley adjacent to Lots 3 to 6 of Baseline-Evergreen Subdivision, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

PSLU18-0006 is a Special Use Request of Sam Dorchen of Dorchen Martin Associates, on behalf of the owner, Eagle Landscaping, to establish a landscape contractor’s office and yard, property located at 22226 W Eight Mile Road and 22254 W Eight Mile Road, Sidwell Parcels 2433-476-032 & -044, a portion of Lots 1, 2 & 3 of W J Vaughn’s Small Farms Add Subdivision, on the north of side of W Eight Mile Road between Berg Road and Lahser Road, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
