MP-6 - Northland Subarea Redevelopment Plan is an amendment to the SustainableSouthfield Comprehensive Master Plan to incorporate the Northland Concept Vision Redevelopment Plan, Northland Design Guidelines, and Northland Hudson’s Building (and Power Plant) Mixed Use Feasibility Study into the Northland Subarea Redevelopment Plan.
    
2. PZRODD17-0001 Northland Subarea Redevelopment Plan Overlay Development District Regulations is a Public Benefit Rezoning to rezone from RC, Regional Center, RS Regional Shopping, ERO Education Research-Office, and RMU Multiple Family (High Rise), to Overlay Development District (ODD) (underlying Central Park, Shopping, Lifestyle, Innovation, Boundary, and Greenspace districts), and to establish regulations for the redevelopment of the Northland Subarea District.

PSP17-0003 is a Site Plan Review Request of Dorchen Martin Associates, on behalf of the owner, SLT Holdings, LLC, for interior and exterior renovations to the existing New Seoul Garden restaurant and construction of a stand-alone 9,016 gross square foot Korean grocery store located at 25766 Northwestern Hwy, Sidwell Parcel 2417-426-011, on the north side of the Northwestern Hwy Service Drive between Telegraph Road and Bell, Section 17, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
