- PZR18-0003 is the Rezoning Request of Wissam Kamouni to rezone 5.74 acres of property from R-E Single Family Residential to RM Multiple Family (Low Rise), Sidwell Parcels 2407-476-006 & -007, Lots 36, 37 & 38 of Supervisors Plat No. 9, on the south of side of Farmbrook Lane between Telegraph and Franklin Roads, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
