Southfield Parks & Recreation to host Recreation on the Move Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer

The Southfield Parks & Recreation department will host Recreation on the Move Tuesday mornings from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. and Tuesday evenings from 5-7 p.m. beginning June 19 through August 28 as well as select Thursday evenings from 5-7 p.m. beginning June 21 through August 30. Two additional Saturday events will take place on July 7 and August 4 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. All events are free and there is no need to register. Recreation on the Move will bring activities, games, crafts and fun to neighborhood parks. Activities will be geared for ages five to thirteen; however, all are welcome to join. Supervision will be provided for all activities and participants can come and go as they please.
