The Southfield Parks & Recreation Department will host Winter Fest on February 19 from 2 – 4:30 p.m. in the Southfield Pavilion, 26000 Evergreen Road. 

This free community event will feature an afternoon of indoor and outdoor fun for the entire family. Guests will enjoy inflatables, a DJ and dance floor, crafts and games inside the Southfield Pavilion and snow painting, snow shoeing demonstrations from Oakland County Parks & Recreation and sled mushing demonstrations by The Michigan Husky Club outside in Civic Center Park. Residents can also roast marshmallows or take a horse-drawn sled ride to the Southfield Sports Arena for free ice skating. Admission and parking are free. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
