Please be advised that the Tennis Free for All clinic scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled due to the poor weather conditions.
The Southfield Parks & Recreation department will offer a Tennis Free for All clinic Saturday, May 6 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Civic Center Park Tennis Courts, 26000 Evergreen Road.
Join the Southfield Parks & Recreation department’s tennis instructors Robert Hall, Jr. and Phillip Woods for a free 90-minute tennis clinic at the Civic Center Park tennis courts. This clinic is designed for the inexperienced or beginner tennis player, but all levels of play are welcome. The clinic will cover basic strokes, forehand, backhand, serve and volley.
The Southfield Parks & Recreation department offers Quick Start, beginner, intermediate and family tennis lessons for ages 5 and up. Lessons are offered throughout the spring and summer. Visit www.cityofsouthfield.com or pick up an Activity Guide at the Parks & Information Desk to learn more.
