The city of Southfield will hold an exhibition and award ceremony to announce the winners of the Southfield Photo Prize on Wednesday, September 27 at 6:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 26000 Evergreen Road. 

The city of Southfield sponsored the Southfield Photo Prize competition and outdoor exhibition this summer to showcase the natural and architectural beauty throughout the city. More than 90 submissions were received and initially reviewed by the Total Living Commission which selected the top 20 photos that were eligible for public voting from July 3 – August 18, 2017. The Photo Prize finalists were enlarged and placed on public display at city hall and the parks & recreation building with online voting at www.cityofsouthfield.com. The photograph that received the most overall votes will be featured in the City’s 2018 calendar. The other finalists may also be featured in the calendar and other city marketing materials.
