The Southfield Police Department, in partnership with Kroger, the Southfield Public Library and Friends of the Southfield Library, will host Badges & Books monthly on select Mondays,February 17, March 23 and April 20 from 4-6 p.m. inside the Kroger store located at 19855 W. 12 Mile Road in Southfield.

The events will be hosted inside of the 12 Mile & Evergreen Kroger store where children will have the opportunity to select a free book donated by the Southfield Public Library and Friends of the Southfield Public Library to take home with them. Books are in limited supply and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
