Attendees will be trained on proper administration of Intra-Nasal Narcan opioid overdose reversal drug on November 18 & December 9

The Southfield Police and Fire Departments have partnered with the Alliance of Coalitions for Healthy Communities and the Southfield Community Anti-Drug Coalition to offer free virtual Naloxone training on Thursday, November 18 and Thursday, December 9 from 5:30-6:45 p.m. online.

Participant will be trained on the proper administration of the Intra-Nasal Narcan opioid overdose reversal drug. You must be at least 14 years of age to receive a Save A Life kit which includes 2 doses of 4mg Nasal Narcan. Pre-registration is required and a survey must be completed at the end of the training in order to receive the Save A Life Kit.
