REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

The Southfield Wildlife Advisory Commission meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 8, 2022, will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held in Room 115 of the Southfield Parks and Recreation building, 26000 Evergreen Road.  * The City of Southfield requires masks, self-screening, and social distancing for entry to all buildings.

   a. Minutes from 11-15-21 meeting & 12-14-21 meeting

3. Old Business

   a. No-Feed Deer Ordinance – Amendment of Chapter 113 of City Code to add Sec. 9.90, Feeding Deer Prohibited.

i. Approved by legislative subcommittee of City Council with support to add decorative gourd exception. Review language and approve for submission to City Council. (Commissioner Sheaffer)

4. New Business

   a. Welcome new and reappointed commissioners

   b. Adoption of regular meeting calendar for 2022 calendar year

   c. Appointment of Secretary

   d. Update re: resident educational events (Commissioners Ormond, Merritt)

   f. Open floor for to Commissioners for additional discussion and topics.
