PZR18-0004 is the Rezoning Request of Sam Dorchen of Dorchen Martin Associates, on behalf of the owner, Eagle Landscaping,  to rezone 5.205 acres of property from B-3 General Business, OS Office Service, I-L Light Industrial and P Vehicular Parking to I-1 Industrial, property located at 20779 Lahser Road, Sidwell Parcel 2433-476-058, a portion of Lots 1, 2, 3, 10 & 11 of W J Vaughn’s Small Farms Add Subdivision, on the north of side of W Eight Mile Road between Berg Road and Lahser Road, and the west side of Lahser Road just north of W Eight Mile Road, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

PSLU18-0006 is a Special Use Request of Sam Dorchen of Dorchen Martin Associates, on behalf of the owner, Eagle Landscaping, to establish a landscape contractor’s office and yard, property located at 20779 Lahser Road, Sidwell Parcel 2433-476-058, a portion of Lots 1, 2, 3, 10 & 11 of W J Vaughn’s Small Farms Add Subdivision, on the north of side of W Eight Mile Road between Berg Road and Lahser Road, and the west side of Lahser Road just north of W Eight Mile Road, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

PSP18-0008 is the Site Plan Review Request of B, D & E Group for the construction of new gas pump canopy along with other site amenities, Sidwell Parcel 2415-226-030, Lot 6 Exc S 145 Ft of Ranchwood Estates, on the southwest corner of Evergreen and W Twelve Mile Road, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
