PSLU18-0004 is a Special Use Request of Futuristic Design, on behalf of the owner, Star Investments LLC, to allow a portion of the interior of the existing gas station convenience store to be converted to a 242 gsf carry out restaurant, property located at 20020 W Eight Mile Road on the northwest corner of W Eight Mile and Evergreen Road, Sidwell Parcel 2434-479-023, Lots 1 to 6 including also vacant alley adjacent to Lots 3 to 6 of Baseline-Evergreen Subdivision, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
