PUBLIC NOTICEPlanning CommissionCity of SouthfieldPublic notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission Study Meetings scheduled for Wednesday, July 11, 2018 and Wednesday, July 18, 2018, both at 6:30 p.m., will not be held. Note: If you have questions/concerns regarding the Farmbrook property Rezoning and Site Plan Review Request, you may review the plans at the counter in the Public Services Building between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. The reason these items are not moving forward in July is to allow the petitioner the time to provide a Community Impact Statement to the Planning Department for our review prior to moving forward.
