- Residents are responsible for keeping sidewalks free of snow. A city ordinance requires all sidewalks to be shoveled in a timely fashion. This is for pedestrian safety and to ensure mail delivery is not delayed. For more information, call the Code Enforcement Department at (248) 796-4178.
- An option for older residents or those physically unable to clean their driveways and sidewalk is the CHORE program. This service is available to residents who qualify under the program’s income guidelines. For more information, contact the Career Center’s CHORE program at (248) 945-5100.
