The forestry division will maintain a work order system on all resident requested tree work. It is very important that when you contact the office that along with your request or concern you leave your complete name and address and a telephone number where you can be contacted during normal working hours. This is to: 

1. assist us with verifying your particular tree location
2. follow up with any further inquiries.
