City of Southfield to host Burgh Park Gazebo Concert Series Tuesdays July 11–August 22

The city of Southfield will present the annual Burgh Park Gazebo Concert Series every Tuesday this summer from July 11 – August 16 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Burgh Historical Park located on the northeast corner of Civic Center and Berg Road.
This year’s lineup includes:
July 11 – Straight Ahead (Virtuoso jazz ensemble)
July 18 – The Sun Messengers (Horn-driven R&B)
July 25 – The Randy Brock Group (Rock, Pop & Blues)
August 1 – The Dawn Giblin Trio (Classic Swing, American Songbook)
August 8 – The Millionaires (Swing, Jump Blues & R&B)
August 15 – Motor City Street Band (New Orleans Funk)
August 22 – The Rhythm Society Orchestra (Classic 16-piece Big Band)
All concerts are free and open to the public. Bring your own chair or blanket. The Southfield Historical Museum located at The Burgh will also be open every Tuesday evening during the concerts and a half hour later (until 9 p.m.) for free tours.
