PSP19-0005 is a Site Plan Review Request of Abraham Hardan for the construction of an addition between two existing houses to create one building of 2,049gsf for use as an office with associated parking and other site amenities, properties located at 16905 and 16915 W Twelve Mile Road, Sidwell Parcel 2413-131-004 & -005, Lots 64 & 65, Also E 10 Ft Of Lot 66 & 10 Ft Adj Vac Alley, and W 10 Ft Of Lot 66 & All Of Lots 67 & 68 & 10 Ft Adj Vac Alley,  Bonnie Acres Subn No. 1, on the south side of W Twelve Mile Road between Glasgow and Stuart, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
