The city of Southfield’s Parks and Recreation Department will host various time slots of Boo at the Burgh on Friday, October 23 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 24 from 3:30-8:30 p.m. at the Burgh Historical Park located on the corner of Civic Center Drive and Berg Road.
Families with children ages 5-13 are invited to join Southfield Parks & Recreation Department in partnership with the Southfield Public Library, Southfield Police Department, Southfield Fire Department and the Southfield Homeland Security Division for a fun, safe and socially-distanced Trick-or-Treating event. Attendees (adults included!) are encouraged to come dressed in costume to enjoy the 10 different decorated stations, each with its own special treat, spread safely throughout the park. The City will host five, one-hour time slots limited to 80 participants each (children and adults) available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets are $5 per person for Southfield residents and $10 per person for non-residents. One adult must be present per family for this event and each person attending must purchase a ticket. There are three convenient ways to purchase tickets:

- In-person at the Parks & Recreation Information Window located inside the Southfield Pavilion at 26000 Evergreen Road. Open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Participants must stay with their group and remain six feet from others at all times. Face masks will also be required for all participants. No indoor restroom facilities will be available; however, porta-potties and hand sanitizing stations will be onsite. For more information, call the Parks and Recreation Department at 248-796-4620.
