Southfield Parks & Recreations presents Eggs on Wheels Friday, March 26

The Southfield Parks & Recreation Department will host Eggs on Wheels on Friday, March 26 at the Parks and Recreation Building parking lot and front circle, 26000 Evergreen Road.
Guests will drive through the Southfield Parks & Recreation Building parking lot and front circle to enjoy performances by a magician, three family-favorite costumed characters and a stilt walker visiting from a safe distance, an Alpaca, and everybody’s favorite bunny hopping along with goodie bags for all the kids 2-13 years-old (bags contain candy filled eggs, craft packs and more).
When purchasing tickets, guests can choose from three, forty-five-minute time slots (4-4:45 p.m., 5-5:45 p.m. or 6-6:45 p.m.) each limited to 100 cars. Tickets are $10 per car for Southfield residents and $20 per car for non-residents. When registering, guests will be asked the number of children participating between the ages of 2-13 years-old. Please note, no indoor facilities will be available. In case of rain, the event will take place on Sunday, March 28 with the same time slots.
Guests must stay in their vehicle, wear a face mask, and only stop to receive treat bags or take photos of the entertainment. All staff will also be wearing face masks at all times.
Tickets are available for purchase by calling the Parks & Recreation Information Desk at (248) 796-4620 Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. or by registering online at https://apm.activecommunities.com/SouthfieldParks. Ticket sales will end March 26 at noon. An email address is required upon purchase of event tickets as participants will receive instructions for check-in on the day of the event.
