- Approval of D & B Landscaping proposal for Flagstone Bluestone installation at the base of the Monarch Butterfly sculpture with drainage (#801.8180 (2A)) $12,488:
- Approval of D & B Landscaping proposal weekly watering service of new tree plantings along NW Highway for 20 weeks (#930.9300 (2)) $4,380:
- Approval of D & B Landscaping proposal to repair Evergreen Traffic Circle garden retaining wall (#930.9300 (2)) $4,936.11: Was damaged in January by automobile and a driver with a medical condition. City Insurance does not pay for damaged landscaping. Insurance proceeds will be used to replace destroyed sculpture.
- Approval of purchase of 8 additional solar powered light bollards from APT Solar Light Fixtures at $500 each (FY23/24) $4,000. To be combined with grant and pilot program of 12 additional light bollards: Background and discussion by Souzan Hanna, Sustainability Planner.
