1. PSLU24-0017 (SPECIAL USE) is a request of John Abbo, Altitude Wellness LLC d/b/a Lume Cannabis Co., to amend the conditions of special land use approval PSLU23-0005 to permit the existing Marihuana Provisioning Center/Adult-use Marijuana retailer at 26760 Lahser Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcel 24-22-102-012) to stay open until 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
E. 28930 Telegraph Road (Request to expand permitted hours of operation for an existing Medical Marihuana Provisioning Center/Adult-use Marijuana retailer, Lume Southfield)
1. PSLU24-0018 (SPECIAL USE) is a request of Dreams Canna, to amend the conditions of special land use approval PSLU23-0004 to permit the existing Marihuana Provisioning Center/Adult-use Marijuana retailer at 28930 Telegraph Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcel 24-22-102-012) to stay open until 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
F. 28810-28844 Northwestern Highway (Demolition of several existing commercial buildings and construction of a new conveyor type motor vehicle wash)
1. PSLU24-0019 (SPECIAL USE) is a request of El Car Wash, to permit construction and operation of a new conveyor type motor vehicle wash at 28810-28844 Northwestern Highways, Southfield, Michigan (Parcels 24-18-226-007, -036 & -051).
2. PSP24-0016 (SITE PLAN REVIEW) is a request of El Car Wash, to demolish several existing commercial building and permit construction of a new conveyor type motor vehicle wash at 28810-28844 Northwestern Highways, Southfield, Michigan (Parcels 24-18-226-007, -036 & -051).
G. 22277 Southfield Road (reconfiguration of the entrance drive to an existing apartment complex to add security gates)
1. PSP24-0017 (SITE PLAN REVIEW) is a request of Monarch Investment and Management, to reconfigure the entrance drive to add security gates at an existing apartment complex (Chateau Riviera) at 22277 Southfield Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcels 24-35-226-017).

I. Public Comment – A person addressing the Commission shall be limited to a period of three (3) minutes unless such period of time is extended by the presiding officer or by majority vote of the Commission.
The following Rules of Procedure have been established for all speakers:
- No speaker may make personal or impertinent attacks upon any officer, employee, or Planning Commission member, that is unrelated to the manner in which the officer, employee, or Planning Commission member, performs his or her duties.
- No person shall use abusive or threatening language toward any individual when addressing the Planning Commission.
Any person who violates this section shall be directed by the presiding officer to be orderly and silent. If a person addressing the Planning Commission refuses to become silent when so directed, such person may be deemed by the presiding officer to have committed a “breach of the peace” by disrupting and impeding the orderly conduct of the public meeting of the Planning Commission and may be ordered by the presiding officer to leave the meeting. If the person refuses to leave as directed, the presiding officer may take whatever actions are necessary to remove the person from the meeting. Call in number for Communication will be provided the night of the meeting.
