Join MVAA on Unite Michigan
The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) has partnered with Unite Michigan, a coordinated care network of health and social service organizations to help better serve Michigan veterans, service member and their families. Partners in the network are connected through Unite Us’ shared technology platform, which enables them to send and receive electronic referrals, address people's needs, and improve health across communities.
Network partners can:

- Increase efficiency and capacity with secure, smarter referrals
- Measure the impact of your organization and the services you deliver
- Improve your clients' well-being through access to a variety of services
- Track outcomes of all referrals and services delivered to your clients
