Join Senior Services for the 50+ Speaker Series, a free lecture series every Wednesday at 9 am inside the Southfield Pavilion.

🎬 Join us for a monthly movie series presented by Senior Services, right here at the Southfield Pavilion (26000 Evergreen Road). These free events are the perfect way to kick off your day with a great film and good company!

Join us for Conversations with the Coordinator at 8:30-9 AM in the Southfield Pavilion.
This is a casual, fun chat where you can hear about upcoming Senior Services programs and share your own ideas for new classes, trips, and events!

Improve your foot health with a visit from a specialized foot doctor! Services include diabetic foot care, treatment for callouses, corns, and toenails, and general evaluations.

Call Dr. Taylor’s office at (248) 621-4800 to check your insurance and schedule an appointment—mention City of Southfield Senior Services.

The Senior Services office remains closed to the public but you can register for Senior Services programs at the Parks & Recreation Information Desk Window inside the Southfield Pavilion, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Customers coming to the Southfield Parks & Recreation Information Desk are asked to enter the Southfield Pavilion from the plaza deck (east) entrance or the north Pavilion entrance to access the Information Desk Window.

Staying Active With Parks & Recreation

The City of Southfield offers a variety of programs for seniors that will help you stay active. Programs are offered at many sites throughout the city and include bounce volleyball, tennis, softball, chair exercise, golf, tai chi, water exercise, and line dancing. Programs are open to all residents (and non-residents) age 50 and over unless otherwise noted.
